From Contract to Closing Seminar

Ever wonder how many professionals it takes to close a transaction? This "behind the scenes" presentation takes a real estate contract through the escrow file processing by the title agent, the loan approval process by the lender and the search and examination process by the title plant production department to the date of the successful closing! This one-hour presentation will help you understand the title work and settlement documents involved in a real estate closing. Presented by Old Republic and Regions Bank.
