The Tri-County New Year's Open House was a great success lots of fun, food and conversation. We had underwriters, lenders, realtors and other important contacts attend from the entire area join us for a great time. We showed off our beautiful newly renovated lobby, debuted our coffee bar, and introduced the community to our newest team members. This will be a year full of new and exciting things at Tri-County!

The Tri-County Realtor's Breakfast on Thursday was a huge success, with realtors from nearly every agency in The Villages stopping by for some home-cooked food. The ladies at Tri-County whipped up a hearty spread that included crispy bacon, freshly scrambled eggs, warm blueberry french toast with creamy icing, seasonal fruits, and of course, plenty of hot coffee. This was also a great opportunity to meet and mingle; there were hugs and smiles all around as realtors and brokers put down the cell phones and enjoyed their food. There were even some trips back to the breakfast buffet for seconds—or thirds!
